Rebekka Bohse Meyer
Rebekka Bohse Meyer is a sound and scenographic designer who works with design-led performances including sound, projections and objects. Through her BA in Musicology and MA in performance design she has produced extensive research in design and scenography, looking into areas such as sound ecology, expanded scenography and recently in Virtual Reality in performance.
As an artist, Rebekka has mostly been working with sound as a scenographic element, creating sound design and sound installations for various projects and immersive performances. She is especially concerned with scenography as a way to express thoughts and ideas through materials. At her residence at 4D Sound institute, she will be working with Camille Roth<link bio page>, in order to explore immersive sound to look at its agency and potential to communicate and debate certain areas of life.
