Jim Igor Kallenberg

Jim Igor Kallenberg (*1989 in Frankfurt a.M., DE) is a writer, dramaturg and musicologist with a dedicated focus on New Music and political philosophy. He works as editor and author in numerous formats ranging from radio features for Deutschlandfunk Kultur, to reviews in MusikTexte or editorial work for Wolke Verlag. As a dramaturg he has been engaged at Oper Frankfurt and holds a permanent position at Wien Modern. He has participated in the prestigious programmes of Darmstädter Ferienkurse and Donaueschinger Tage für neue Musik and received the „Preis Forum junger Autoren“ in 2017 and holds grants of Villa Abegg, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and Deutsche Bank Stiftung. Jim Igor Kallenberg participates as dramaturg and co-director of the project.
