Edo van Breemen

Edo lives in Vancouver, Canada where he works as a film score composer and studio producer. He grew up in Miami, Florida where he was mentored in piano improvisation. Edo formerly owned and operated Toronto-based "Unfamiliar Records", releasing the debut LPs and 7" recordings for Mac DeMarco, Japandroids, and other notable Canadian indie acts.

With extensive experience as a music creator and curator he is currently researching immersive-sound therapy methods in the hopes of starting his own practice in the future. He is interested in using 4DSOUND to explore the psychological potential for sound as a healing tool in various applications. He continues to write and produce original music in collaboration with his composing partners Johannes and Polina Winkler (Transatlantic Film Orchestra), which will be tested live on the 4DSOUND system.
